Our website is available to you 24 hours a day/7 days a week for your convenience. 

Our Office hours are 8am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday. You can reach us toll-free at 1-800-333-1478. You can also e-mail us at any time and your inquiry will be responded to within 24 hours, (please allow additional time for inquires sent on weekends or during holidays).

SHIPPING
For most products shipping is caculated by the weight of an item and shipped UPS.  Please note that these shipping rates are only an estimate and the actual cost will be applied when your order is processed.  If there is a considerable variation in the shipping costs, you will be contacted.  For oversized and larger items, we work to get you the best freight costs.  To do this, we calculate shipping offline and the amount will be added when your order is processed.

RETURNS
There is a 25% Restocking Fee on stock items. The customer is responsible for all freight costs and the product must be in its original unopened packaging. All sales are final on special order/drop shipped items. All Equipment sales are final. Please call us at 1-800-333-1478 to let us know if you are returning an item.
