Allen Associates delivers throughout a large portion of Western and Central New York, as well as the Southern Tier. Our delivery territory includes counties such as Monroe, Erie, Niagara, Onondaga, Oneida, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Steuben, Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Tompkins, Tioga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, and Allegany. We make weekly deliveries, with specific delivery days that vary by area. Contact us to find out which day serves your location.

We carry a wide selection of trusted brands across our specialty food and beverage programs. Our lineup includes Slush Puppie frozen beverages, dr. Smoothie frappe drinks, Monin smoothies, Eight O’Clock Coffee, New England Coffee, Java Classics, Heritage Café Coffee, hot cappuccino and hot chocolate, Naks Pak and Weaver Gold popcorn, Gold Medal caramel and sweet popcorn, Ricos Nachos, Mini Melts ice cream, J&J Super Pretzels, Berk concession supply products, wholesale hot boiled peanuts, cotton candy, candy and caramel apples, and Sno-Kones. Our minimum order is $250. All orders must be placed by 12 noon the day before your scheduled delivery day to ensure
your food, beverage, and concession supplies arrive on time.

We service all equipment we sell and stock a full inventory of factory-approved parts to get you back up and running quickly. Our factory-trained technicians can often resolve issues over the phone. We are an authorized warranty service center for all equipment we carry, including Bunn, CAB, Gold Medal, Slush Puppie, and Cecilware/Grindmaster/Cretors brands.

We also offer two Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to keep your equipment running at its best:

The Silver Seal Protection Plan includes free machine pickup and delivery, a complete cleaning, a 14-point PM service, replacement of all standard wear parts (seals, bushings, O-rings), preferred service status, a free loaner if needed, and bonus merchandising materials. Priced at $299 for one year or $399 for two years.

The Gold PM Plan includes everything in the Silver plan, plus free service calls, parts, and labor for the duration of the plan. Priced at $449 for one year or $699 for two years. The Gold Plan is available exclusively to customers who purchase Slush Puppie brand products from Allen.

Not sure what’s wrong with your machine? Bring it in for a $109 diagnostic estimate — if you move forward with the repair, the estimate fee applies toward the first hour of labor.
