COVID-19 UPDATE (5/12/20)
We are open for deliveries and pick-ups. We are also open for showroom demonstrations by appointment only.  Please note the following changes we have implemented in order to keep our customers’ and employees’ safety as a top priority:

Showroom Demonstrations:

  • Please call your sales representative or our office in order to schedule a showroom demonstration.
  • We are asking all employees and visitors to wear a mask and to keep social distance during demonstrations.

Pick-Up Orders:

  • Please call ahead to place your order. Our warehouse will ask when to expect you so that your order is pulled and waiting for you.
  • We are asking all pick-up customers to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card if possible.
  • All pick-ups will be done at our loading dock, not at the front office. The loading dock is located on the west side of the building.
  • When you arrive, please call to let us know. Our warehouse will open the garage doors for you to drive your vehicle in.
  • Your order will be on the dock with your name on it. We are asking our warehouse staff not to load product into people’s vehicles at this time.

Deliveries:

  • We are asking customers to pay over the phone when placing their orders, if possible. If paying with a check, please have it prepared in advance. If paying with cash, please have the exact amount ready in an envelope with your company name on it. This helps our drivers limit face-to-face contact.
  • Wherever possible, our drivers are being asked to leave deliveries at the door.

Safety:

  • All employees and visitors entering the building must wear a mask.
  • We have implemented daily cleaning routines throughout the building, with extra focus on high-usage areas and items.
  • We are restricting the number of people in the building, with all non-essential employees working from home and limiting visitors wherever possible.
